Identification documents and signatures are held in private storage. They are never published, never linked publicly, and are opened only by authorised Seven7 staff.

Verification is manual, and it takes as long as it takes.
Once you submit, your application sits in a queue for the Seven7 verification team. Review can take up to three months. Keep the WhatsApp number you gave us active, because that is how staff will reach you.

Seven7 never messages you automatically
Seven7 sends no automated WhatsApp messages of any kind. Every message you receive comes from a Seven7 staff member typing it themselves. Nothing on this site will ever message you first, and no part of Seven7 connects to WhatsApp.

Private document storage
Your ID and signature go into private storage the moment you upload them. They have no public address and cannot be reached without an authorised staff session.

Your dashboard shows the current status of your application and the date it was submitted, from the moment you send it until a decision is recorded.
Every decision is recorded
Approvals, rejections and payment changes are written to an audit log with the staff member and the time, so decisions can always be traced.

A clear identification document

- Not blurry, dark, cropped or covered by glare
- All edges of the document visible where possible
- JPG, PNG, WEBP or PDF, up to 10MB
A clear image of your signature
- Visible and readable against a plain background
- Should correspond with the signature on your ID
- Not blurry or heavily cropped
- JPG, PNG or WEBP, up to 5MB
Seven7 checks the file type, size and dimensions of what you upload so you do not waste a submission on an unreadable image. Whether the document itself is genuine is decided by Seven7 staff, not by software.
Before you apply, please understand
- Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Every application is assessed on its own merits by Seven7 staff.
- Participation in the Seven7 programme, and any payment attached to it, is subject to Seven7’s programme requirements. Nothing here is a promise of income.
- Seven7 will ask you for identification documents once, during your application. Treat any other request as suspicious.
